If someone you know is currently an inpatient at Toronto Rehab, you can use this service to send an e-mail greeting to them.

Your message will be printed off, sealed in an envelope and delivered by one of our volunteers within three business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

This is a one-way service only. Patients are unable to send return e-mails to you through this service.

Please note that due to the delivery method of this service, messages are not confidential. Therefore, do not send content that is sensitive in nature.

The coordinator of volunteer resources reserves the right to review incoming e-mail for inappropriate content (e.g. profanity, alarming or offensive information). E-mail containing such will not be delivered.

Three simple steps:

1. Type in the patient’s identifying information: Name, Location and Room Number
2. Type in your message
3. Click the SEND button
