Complex Injury Outpatient Rehab provides timely assessment, treatment and follow-up of adults recovering from serious injuries or illness including:
- moderate to severe acquired brain injuries
- multiple fractures
- multiple injuries
- stroke
Our goal is to help individuals quickly return to active, independent living at home, work or school using the optimum balance of onsite treatment and community re-integration.
The service is staffed by an interprofessional team of regulated and other health care professionals with proven expertise in neuro and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
